The Company provides domestic and commercial cleaning services within its designated service area. The specific services, frequency, and scope will be agreed with the Client during the booking process. Any additional or specialist services may be subject to separate charges and terms.
The Company will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that Services are performed with reasonable skill and care, using appropriate products and equipment as agreed with the Client.
3.1 Bookings can be made by the Client through the Companys accepted booking methods, as communicated by the Company. The Client must provide accurate and complete information regarding the property, required services, access arrangements, and any special instructions.
3.2 A booking is deemed to be an offer by the Client to purchase Services from the Company in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. The Company reserves the right to accept or decline any booking request.
3.3 A booking will be confirmed when the Company issues a booking confirmation, which may be provided electronically. The confirmation will set out the agreed date, approximate time window, service description, and applicable charges.
3.4 The Client is responsible for checking the confirmation and notifying the Company promptly of any errors or discrepancies. Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.
3.5 The Company may require a deposit or pre-authorisation to secure a booking. Any such requirement will be communicated to the Client during the booking process.
4.1 The Client must ensure that the Cleaner has safe and timely access to the property at the agreed time. This includes providing keys, access codes, or arranging for someone to be present to allow entry.
4.2 If access cannot be gained at the scheduled time due to reasons within the Clients control, the Company may charge a call-out fee or treat the booking as a late cancellation subject to the cancellation terms in these conditions.
4.3 The Client is responsible for ensuring that electricity, running water, adequate lighting, and, where applicable, heating are available at the property during the visit.
5.1 The Client must provide a safe working environment for the Cleaner, including informing the Company of any health and safety risks, hazards, or relevant property conditions.
5.2 The Client must secure all valuables and personal items. The Company recommends that the Client checks that all items of value are safely stored away before the Cleaner attends the property.
5.3 The Client must ensure that any equipment provided by the Client for use by the Cleaner is safe, in good working order, and suitable for the intended tasks.
5.4 The Client must not instruct the Cleaner to perform any tasks that are unsafe, illegal, or outside the scope of the agreed Services.
6.1 The price for the Services will be communicated to the Client at the time of booking. Prices may be based on hourly rates, fixed fees, or package pricing, depending on the nature of the Service.
6.2 All prices are stated in pounds sterling and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes, as specified by the Company at the time of booking.
6.3 The Company reserves the right to revise its prices from time to time. Any change in pricing will not affect a confirmed booking unless agreed with the Client.
6.4 Payment terms will be communicated during the booking process. The Company may require payment in advance, at the time of service, or by invoice with specified payment terms.
6.5 The Client is responsible for ensuring that payment details provided are valid and that sufficient funds or credit are available. If a payment fails or is reversed, the Company may suspend further services until full payment is received.
6.6 Late payments may incur interest or administrative charges in accordance with applicable UK law and any additional terms notified by the Company.
7.1 The Client may cancel or reschedule a booking by giving notice to the Company. The required notice period and any cancellation charges will be communicated at the time of booking and may vary depending on the type of service.
7.2 If the Client cancels or reschedules a booking without giving the required minimum notice, the Company reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee, which may be up to the full service charge.
7.3 If the Cleaner is unable to access the property or commence work within a reasonable time due to reasons within the Clients control, this may be treated as a late cancellation and charged accordingly.
7.4 The Company may cancel or reschedule a booking in the event of circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to staff illness, severe weather, transport disruption, or other force majeure events. In such cases, the Company will offer to rearrange the appointment at a mutually convenient time. The Company will not be liable for any loss or inconvenience arising from such cancellations.
8.1 The Company aims to deliver a high standard of cleaning services throughout its service area. If the Client is dissatisfied with any aspect of the Service, the Client should notify the Company as soon as reasonably practicable, ideally within 24 hours of completion of the Service.
8.2 Upon receipt of a complaint, the Company will investigate and may, at its discretion, offer a re-clean of the affected areas or another appropriate remedy. Any re-clean will be limited to the specific areas and issues identified by the Client.
8.3 The Companys liability in respect of any complaint shall be subject to the limitations set out in these Terms and Conditions.
9.1 The Company will use reasonable care when providing the Services. However, the Client must notify the Company of any items or surfaces that are particularly fragile, valuable, or require special cleaning methods.

9.3 Any alleged damage caused by the Cleaner must be reported to the Company as soon as reasonably practicable and in any event within 48 hours of the Service. The Client must provide reasonable evidence of the damage, including photographs and, where requested, access for inspection.
9.4 Where liability is accepted, the Company may, at its discretion, repair the damage, replace the item, or provide a fair and reasonable financial compensation, subject to proof of value and subject to any applicable insurance policy limits.
10.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude the Companys liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UK law.
10.2 Subject to clause 10.1, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of opportunity, arising out of or in connection with the provision of the Services.
10.3 Subject to clause 10.1, the Companys total aggregate liability to the Client in respect of any claim or series of related claims arising out of or in connection with the Services, whether in contract, tort, or otherwise, shall be limited to the total amount paid by the Client for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.
10.4 The Client is responsible for ensuring that appropriate domestic or business insurance is in place to cover any loss or damage that may arise in connection with the Services.
11.1 The Company will comply with applicable UK waste regulations when handling and disposing of waste generated during the provision of the Services.
11.2 Unless expressly agreed otherwise, the Companys Services do not include the removal of large volumes of waste, construction rubble, hazardous materials, clinical waste, or any other waste that falls outside normal domestic or light commercial cleaning activities.
11.3 The Client must inform the Company in advance if any waste requiring special handling or disposal is present at the property. The Company reserves the right to refuse to handle such waste or to charge additional fees in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
11.4 The Client remains responsible for compliance with any local authority requirements relating to household or business waste, including the use of appropriate bins, recycling arrangements, and segregation of waste where required.
12.1 The Company will take reasonable steps to ensure the health and safety of its Cleaners while on the Clients premises, including the use of suitable cleaning products and equipment.
12.2 The Client must notify the Company of any health and safety risks at the property, including but not limited to structural issues, dangerous animals, hazardous substances, or faulty equipment.
12.3 The Company reserves the right to withdraw its Cleaners from any property where they reasonably believe there is a risk to health or safety. In such cases, the Company may treat the appointment as a late cancellation and charge accordingly.
13.1 If the Client provides keys or access codes, the Company will take reasonable care to safeguard them. Keys may be labelled in a manner that does not directly identify the property address.
13.2 The Company accepts no liability for loss or damage arising from keys or access codes that have not been provided directly to the Company by the Client, or which have been shared with third parties by the Client.
14.1 The Company will collect and process personal data of the Client for the purposes of managing bookings, providing Services, handling payments, and maintaining records, in accordance with applicable UK data protection laws.
14.2 The Company will take appropriate measures to safeguard the Clients personal information and will not sell or share personal data with third parties except where necessary to deliver the Services, process payments, comply with legal obligations, or where the Client has given consent.
15.1 The Company reserves the right to update or amend these Terms and Conditions from time to time. Any changes will take effect when published or otherwise notified to the Client.
15.2 The version of the Terms and Conditions in force at the time of booking will apply to that booking, unless a change is required by law or regulation.

17.1 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found by a court or other competent authority to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed deleted, but such deletion shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
